Looking for fun things to do this summer? Try making this yummy treat with your kids while berries are in season and everyone is looking for a way to stay cool! This easy blueberry popsicle recipe is definitely one of our family favorites.
Easy Blueberry Popsicle Recipe
In a blender mix together:
* 2C vanilla yogurt
* 2 C blueberries
* 3-4 tsp. of sugar, if desired
Step 1 – Blend ingredients until the skin on the blueberries are tiny and crushed in with the yogurt.
Step 2 – Pour into 8 – 3oz. paper cups. Popsicle molds work great too. If you’d rather use those, go for it!
Step 3 – Insert 8 wooden craft sticks into center of treat mixture.
Step 4 – Put in freezer for 3-4 hours.
Step 5 – Before eating, remove dixie cups by holding in hands for a minute to melt outside of treat and loosen the cup so it will come off.
ENJOY!!
P.S. – Feel free to add in other fruits with your blueberries or replace them entirely! Raspberries, blackberries and strawberries all work as excellent substitutes.
