Is routine important? Do your children do chores?

  1. LOL Love the end of the video: …"you'll have 15 year olds who do chores!" Sounds like a good investment!

    I've really struggled with keeping a schedule BECAUSE of the fits and groanings. My children are 8, 5, 3, 2, and 2 months. My 8 year old has her days, but for the most part she does well with this. But my younger children, not so much. And they need it the most!

    But much of the problem is ME and my lack of consistency and attentiveness. I tend to think they will just go off and do what's expected of them. Not so much. When they're this young, they need help and guidance. Even my 8-year old needs to have her work checked for completion.

    So yes, that's something i need to work at!
