We have a new cold-weather favorite: Snowflake cocoa. Creamy white-chocolate bliss! I heat it and serve it from my slow cooker so it’s perfect for holiday gatherings. I prefer to sprinkle a little nutmeg and cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice mix on top for a little extra flavor. It’s also a great way to welcome the kids after playing outside or with popcorn on family game night. Enjoy!

Snowflake Cocoa:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream
  • Candy canes for garnish

Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and white chocolate chips in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2-½ hours, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot and chocolate chips are melted. Stir again before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and candy canes.
